About Michael Alstrøm

Michael Alstrøm mainly advises on PPC projects involving regions, municipalities, public and private businesses, self-governing institutions as well as R&D and knowledge institutions. He works on establishing such projects, concludes agreements and plans the cooperative process across the parties, e.g. in networks, consortia, associations, foundations and companies. Throughout the lifecycle of the projects, he advises on public procurement and tenders, state aid and rights as well as the distribution of such rights. He also advises on regional, municipal and other public-sector rules and regulations. Michael is a member of the board of the Forum for Public Private Cooperation (FOPS). He is Lundgrens’ Gate 21 partner representative and a member of the board of CLEAN and the Smart City activity committee.
