Lundgrens has assisted two Danish investors in acquiring the property located on Nordre Fasanvej/Holger Danskes Vej at Frederiksberg.
The property consists of 5,400 square meters and 6 buildings and was previously a tobacco factory. Today the property has Jobindex as the anchor tenant.
The purchasers of the property were assisted by Tobias Vieth and Ann Frølund Winther.
