Lundgrens assists UK based developer and service-provider, Audley Group, in entering into a joint venture with the Danish pension fund, PFA, with the purpose of constructing 10 luxury retirement villages around the Copenhagen and Aarhus areas with a total of 2,600 serviced homes for senior citizens.
The concept will be the first of its kind in Denmark and introduces a new way of retirement living in Denmark with a wide range of homes, products and services for senior citizens.
The Lundgrens team consisted of Thomas Kræmer, Ann Frølund Winther and Alessandro Traina.
