Blackstone has acquired another property with assistance from Lundgrens.

The property is located at Trøjborggade in Copenhagen, and consists of 30 residential units and 2 commercial units – with great development potential.

Lundgrens was represented by Anne Lysemose and Tobias Vieth, and we are honored by the trust shown under the ongoing partnership with Blackstone and 360 North Management.

With this transaction milestone, Lundgrens has acted on behalf of Blackstone and 360 North Management with acquiring 40 properties within a timespan of less than 12 months.
