Lundgrens has assisted COPI with acquiring the iconic property Hornbæk Hospital, Havnevej 25, with great location next to the sea.
The property is over 5,400 sqm. and will be transformed by COPI to a high-end seaside hotel. We can’t wait for the transformation to begin and to follow the restoration.
