Peak Consulting was established in 2006 and is a consulting firm with 60 permanent consultants and 100 freelance consultants specializing in management consulting. With the acquisition of Peak Consulting, the company's CEO will be put in charge of Emagine's entire Danish business, which is Emagine's largest market with a turnover of DKK 2 billion.
Emagine was founded in 1994 under the name "Prodata", which provides business and IT consulting services and is today owned by the private equity fund Axcel. Emagine has offices in the Nordics, Poland, France, Germany, and the UK and expects to have a turnover of approximately DKK €4 billion by 2022.
