Lundgrens has assisted the founding family Andersen on its buy-back of Mita-Teknik A/S from the Nordic private equity fund, Axcel.
Mita-Teknik has been in the business of control automation since 1969, and in wind since the early 1980’s. Mita-Teknik employs 250 employees worldwide and has delivered more than 50,000 high performance control systems for setups in demanding environments around the world. Mita-Teknik delivers everything from single components to complete control solutions, and offers a unique level of different services from divisions in Denmark, China and Ukraine into 47 different markets.
