The area is located in the triangle region of Jutland close to highway E45 and E20, which is a central location in Denmark and a prime location for logistic operations.
Hines will together with an institutional investment partner develop a modern logistic facility park of 129,600 sqm. The development of the project is expected to be carried out in three phases. The first phase is anticipated finalized in Q2 2025 and will be approximately comprise 50,000 sqm. The full construction project of 129,600 sqm. is expected to be completed in 2028.
