Novedo Holding is a privately owned industrial group within the industry, infrastructure, and installation and services. The company is planning for an IPO during the first half of 2023.

Nordkabel A/S was founded in 1988 and has today about 200 employees. The company performs installations and maintenance within electricity networks, fibre, and water. Nordkabel has a strong and stable customer base exclusively within B2B consisting of long customer relationships, often via framework agreements, and close collaborations with municipalities, private and public energy suppliers, and telecom companies. Seasonal variations are managed by balancing new installations with maintenance work.
