Lundgrens is pleased to have acted for the shareholders of Dansk Ventilationsforing ApS in connection with the sale of their shares to Spolargruppen Sverige AB.
Spolargruppen Sverige AB, ultimately owned by the Nasdaq Stockholm listed fund, tbd30, has acquired all shares in Dansk Ventilationsforing ApS, who is specialized in cured-in-place lining services.
The acquisition has been completed through Spolargruppen Sverige AB’s Danish subsidiary, Greenpipe A/S, who is the leading player in the Danish market for relining of wastepipes and marks the first Danish bolt-on acquisition since Spolargruppen Sverige AB acquired Greenpipe A/S last year. As part of the transaction, the selling shareholders have reinvested parts of the purchase price in tbd30.
