Sweco has acquired all shares in Via Trafik Rådgivning A/S, who is the largest independent traffic advisor in Denmark offering consultancy services within traffic planning, analysis, road design and civic participation/communication.
Via Trafik Rådgivning A/S employs a total of 60 employees and is headquartered in Birkerød, with an office in Aarhus as well.
The acquisition of Via Trafik Rådgivning A/S will contribute to the strengthen of the road planning business division in Sweco Denmark. As part of the transaction, the selling shareholders will continue in new roles under Sweco ownership.
Lundgrens has advised the shareholders of Via Trafik Rådgivning A/S on all legal aspects of the transaction.
