Lundgrens is pleased to have acted for the shareholders of Greenpipe A/S in connection with the sale of their shares to tbd30.
The Nasdaq Stockholm listed fund, tbd30, has acquired all shares in Greenpipe A/S, who is the leading player in the Danish market for relining of wastepipes. Greenpipe is headquartered in greater Copenhagen and employs a total of 25 employees.
The acquisition has been completed through tbd30’s subsidiary, Spolargruppen Sverige AB, which is one of the most dominant figures in the Swedish relining sector. As part of the transaction, the selling shareholders have reinvested parts of the purchase price in tbd30.
Lundgrens has advised the shareholders of Greenpipe A/S on all legal aspects of the transaction.
