Siljangade 1-7 has a total area of 8,679 sqm. and houses 26 commercial tenants, including an office hub, several creative companies and a kindergarten operated by the municipality of Copenhagen.
It will now be developed by Home.Earth with sustainable and inclusive homes on the plot.
