About Simon B. Clark

Simon Clark specialises in tax litigation before the Danish tax authorities, the Danish National Tax Tribunal, the district courts, the high courts and the Danish Tax Assessment Council, and he often participates in negotiations in connection with tax cases involving expert opinions. He also advises on criminal tax law and has vast experience defending clients in economic crime cases. For a number of years, Simon has advised on company and tax law such as reorganisations, transfers of ownership to the next generation and the drafting of commercial contracts. On several occasions, he has acted as an advisor on tax liability in connection with relocations to and from Denmark of both businesses and private individuals. In addition, he has particular expertise in the area of professional liability, the liability of accountants and auditors, attorneys and management in particular, e.g. in respect of the interface between civil liability and any criminal liability.
