Om Morten Rosenmejer

Morten Rosenmejer er advokat og partner. Han har bred erfaring med forhandling og rådgivning i forbindelse med virksomhedsoverdragelser (M&A), og har rådgivet såvel danske som internationale selskaber og kapitalfonde i forbindelse med opkøb og salg af virksomheder.

Morten arbejder også inden for corporate & commercial, hvor han rådgiver om alle typer af erhvervsretlige forhold, for eksempel kunde-, leverandør-, og distributionsaftaler samt ejeraftaler og selskabsretlige forhold.

Endelig er Morten en af Danmarks førende specialister i sports- og entertainmentret. Her rådgiver han filmselskaber, produktionsselskaber, reklamebureauer og idrætsudøvere om sports- og entertainmentret, blandt andet i forbindelse med produktionsaftaler, spilleraftaler, sponsoraftaler og managementaftaler.​
