Marjam Brink

Marjam Brink has several years of experience within tax law, as she has worked for the Danish Tax Tribunal, a Big Four Accounting Firm and as tax attorney here at Lundgrens. Marjam provides legal tax advice to companies and individuals, including advice on corporate tax, income from corporate activities, full and limited tax liability, etc. In addition, she advice and assists foreign clients in relation to their Danish branches.

Furthermore, Marjam has extensive experience within litigation and dispute resolution in a broad sense. In particular, Marjam is specialized in tax litigation including conducting tax cases before the Tax Appeals Agency and the courts, and she regularly conducts a large number of complaint cases and lawsuits concerning tax legislation.

For several years, Marjam has taught tax law at the University of Copenhagen and at Copenhagen Business School.
