Thomas is attorney-at-law and partner in Lundgrens’ Real Estate department. His primary area of work is asset management, real estate transactions, including advice on corporate structuring, prospectus/investor information - and investor sales. 

In addition, Thomas often advises in connection with property development projects and in the commercial lease area, where he has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating lease, management and operating agreements regarding offices, hotels, and shopping centers. 

Thomas acts on a number of boards, including boards of commercial funds and managers of alternative investment funds.
