Cromwell Property Group acquires a logistics property in Brøndby

The five buildings mainly consist of warehouses and some office space, which are located on a 41,649 sqm plot of land on Sognevej, Brøndby.

Acquisition price: DKK 117 million

Rental area: 22,842 sqm.

With a weighted average lease term of 1.1 years, the logistics property offers significant development potential and the opportunity to increase the value by changing the current lease and renting out vacant space.

Cromwell Property Group's Nordic manager, Pontus Flemme Gärdsell, states that the Danish logistics property was purchased in an off-market transaction, and that the new acquisition on Sognevej is expected to provide synergies with the Cereit Foundation's nearby properties in the Priorparken business area in Brøndby. This specifically concerns Priorparken 700 and 800.
