Virtus Health, Australia’s largest Assisted Reproductive Services (ARS) provider, which is listed on the Australian stock exchange has acquired Trianglen Fertility Clinic (“Trianglen”), based in Copenhagen Denmark for a consideration of up to DKK 202 million.
