Lundgrens assists the Swedish property company Cantena with the purchase of three logistics properties from PostNord

The acquisitions are structured as a Sale and Lease Back at a total purchase price of DKK 170 million. The 3 logistics properties are situated in Hillerød, Horsens and Odense from and comprise a total area of approximately 61,000 sqm with a combined gross floor area of 12,700 sqm.

Catena acquired the properties in Hillerød and Horsens on 31 January 2020. The property in Odense is under construction, and Catena expects to take position on 1 September 2020. PostNord has entered a 10-year non-terminable lease agreement and the estimated net operating surplus amounts to approximately DKK 9 million.
