Hotel Herman K is a newly renovated property, which used to be a transformer station.
The property was built in the years 1962-1963 by the City Architect's Directorate and architect Hans Chr. Hansen and has, until 2013, been used as the city's transformer station, until the property was transformed into a hotel and restaurant by Dansk Ejendoms Management and Kähler, from 2016-2018. The renovation has received great recognition for the architectural conversion from a transformer station to a luxury hotel, restaurant and bar.
The property consists of 31 keys as well as a restaurant, bar, lounge, and terrace with 180 covers.
Through a structured deal, Ogilvy Capital is assuming control of the property immediately with completion of the acquisition once the property’s performance stabilizes.
At Lundgrens, we assisted Ogilvy Capital with legal counsel during the entire process.
