Morten Rasmussen is an attorney in Lundgrens' Corporate and M&A department and advises Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). 

Morten also advises on investments, including venture investments, etc.

Morten also has experience with general company law, including capital changes, mergers, demergers, restructurings and other company law matters, as well as with the preparation and implementation of warrant programmes, etc.
