Pia Lykke Mathiasen

Pia Lykke Mathiasen primarily deals with business transfers and investments. Pia has advised on both large and small transactions, from which she has achieved extensive experience with cross-border transactions. In addition, Pia also has great experience in advising on venture capital; she has advised venture funds and companies in connection with various investments.

As part of the business transfers and venture investments, Pia generally has great experience in issuing warrant programs (incentive schemes/MIP programs) and other conditional share schemes.

Pia is an active member of Danish Business Angles (DanBAN), where she also teaches at their academy and also a member of Angella Invest, Denmark’s largest community of women angel investors. 

Furthermore, Pia has taught at Niels Brock's entrepreneurship education, and she regularly participates as presenter in the start-up environment.
