Uzma Khan is an attorney in Lundgrens’ department of Employment Law. Uzma deals with all aspects of both labor as well as employment law and has a specific focus on advising and document drafting in connection with entering into employment contracts, changes to and termination of employment, agreements related to vacation as well as court cases. In addition, Uzma is a specialist within the provisions of the Danish Holiday Act and is a particularly experienced counselor in cases concerning holiday-related issues.
Uzma has worked at the Danish Ministry of employment for a number of years and has vast experience with the various employment laws under said ministry. She has been in charge of implementing the many corona-related three-party agreements in 2020 and 2021, including having been the driving force with respect to the temporary work-sharing scheme.
Uzma moreover has experience with collective and individual labor and employment law from her previous employment with one of Denmark’s largest employers' organizations.
