Lundgrens is proud to have assisted HighBrook Investors in connection with the sale of the property 'A-house' at Islands Brygge. The property is acquired by Nrep, Denmark’s largest real estate investment and development company.
HighBrook Investors, an international real estate private equity firm, acquired the property in 2020, which spans 23,267 sqm. and includes 195 living units and 10 commercial rental units.
The property holds a DGNB Platinum certification and is the first renovated property in Denmark to achieve the highest recognition for sustainable building operations on its first attempt.
