What does this mean for our clients?
Until 1 March 2025, Lundgrens will continue its operations as usual, and all ongoing cases will be handled with the same high quality and professionalism. Clients will be informed directly about the transition so their cases can follow the respective partners to their new law firms.
Ensuring continued high standards and business understanding
To secure the best possible future opportunities for our clients and employees, we decided in 2024 to explore the possibility of a merger. This did not lead to a comprehensive solution, which is why our partners individually have decided to continue their careers at new law firms, including DLA Piper and Mazanti-Andersen.
This decision is the result of careful consideration of our future prospects in a market characterised by significant changes and increasing demands for specialisation, technology, and resources.
Since 2020, we have worked purposefully on a growth strategy aimed at strengthening our market position. Unfortunately, challenges such as changes in the transaction market and the lack of new partner additions revealed that the strategy could not be realized in its desired form.
