Lundgrens is proud yet again to have assisted private equity fund, Mentha Capital, in its acquisition of the Danish web and marketing agency Aveo.
The add-on acquisition and newly formed strong partnership between Mentha Capital, its Danish portfolio company Erhvervs Webdesign (acquired in May 2023) and Aveo, will create a market-leading player in web design and digital solutions for small and medium sized businesses.
The partnership is set to leverage synergies between the two agencies, offering a broad range of products and services to clients.
Lundgrens’ core M&A team consisted of Peter Bruun Nikolajsen and Ida Johanne Doré Pagh with strong support from the due diligence team consisting of Marie Louise Aagaard, Emilie Lerstrøm, Reza Ahmadian, Anne Lysemose, Henriette Grundtmann and Sebastian Juul Mogensen.
