About Dispute Resolution
In Lundgrens’ Dispute Resolution department we provide legal advice on all forms of complex dispute resolution.
To Lundgrens conducting litigation or arbitration cases is a specialty. The fact that you are experienced in the process, the many tactical considerations in connection with a case and the procedural rules is just as important as knowledge of the practice area of the case. Particularly in connection with arbitration, a specific set of rules applies which requires thorough knowledge. Our attorneys are all highly experienced litigation attorneys with in-depth knowledge of dispute resolution.
Lundgrens conducts cases before the Supreme Court, the High Courts of Eastern and Western Denmark, the Maritime and Commercial High Court and the Danish district courts. Furthermore, Lundgrens conducts cases before the Danish arbitration tribunals (ad hoc and institutional, arbitration tribunals including the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board) and international arbitration tribunals. Moreover, several of Lundgrens’ attorneys have acted as arbitrators in national and international cases.
We have advised on a significant number of tax cases and cases regarding professional liability as well as commercial law to companies as well as insurance companies and private individuals.
Furthermore, our attorneys advise companies and private individuals in commercial criminal cases regarding regulatory matters and infringement of special acts, especially in cases regarding breach of money laundering legislation and within competition and environmental law.
