The legal profession
All lawyers at Lundgrens are admitted to practise law by the Ministry of Justice, per 1 September 2022 admitted by the Department of Civil Affairs, and are part of the Danish Bar and Law Society, Kronprinsessegade 28, 1306 København K.
The lawyers are covered by the supervisory and disciplinary system of the Danish Bar and Law Society and by the rules on professional conduct, see section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. In addition, the rules on legal ethics apply. The rules can be found on the website of the Danish Bar and Law Society www.advokatsamfundet.dk.
Insurance
The lawyers at Lundgrens are covered by our professional indemnity insurance and guarantee scheme taken out with HDI. The professional indemnity insurance covers all legal services provided by Lundgrens regardless of where such services provided.
