Several of our public law specialists at Lundgrens have experience from the central administration and the municipalities, as a basic understanding of the work in political organizations as well as specialized insight and a good understanding of the public sector and the interaction between private companies or organizations.

Coastal Climate Adaption
In several cases assisted municipalities with the preparation of finance models, structure and process for the establishment and operation of storm surge protection according to the rules on wastewater utility companies financing joint projects, including the involvement of wastewater layers and city associations.
Urban and Land Development
In a major urban development project assisted with the preparation of a co-operation agreement prior to the formation of the area development company, including clarification of cadastral matters, negotiation with Banedanmark and assessment of the procurement law and state aid law matters.
Public Private Innovation
Preparation of an agreement on public private innovation for a project involving several municipalities regarding LED lighting for the elderly area, including process description and framework agreement.
Public Procurement regarding framework agreements on consultants
Advice in connection with the implementation of parallel framework agreements regarding renovation, new constructions and extensions on behalf of a large number of housing companies.
Climate Change Projects
Assessment of a municipality's possibilities for climate adaptation in relation to watercourses, establishment of dike systems and pumping systems, including assistance in relation to organization and process as well as preparation of articles of association for pumping layers.
