Lundgrens assists Hitachi Zosen Inova with its acquisition of Babcock & Wilcox's Denmark-Based Renewable Parts and Services Subsidiary.
Together with the deal team of Hitachi Zosen Inova, Lundgrens has assisted Switzerland-based Hitachi Zosen Inova with its acquisition of Babcock & Wilcox Renewable Service A/S, a provider of aftermarket parts and services for waste-to-energy plants primarily in northern Europe and the UK.
The core deal team consisted of Julie Cathrin Hartvig-Rovsing, Thomas Kræmer, Ida Johanne Doré Pagh, Morten Rasmussen, Marie Louise Aagaard, Nina Ringen, Henriette Grundtmann and Sebastian Juul Mogensen.
