Lundgrens will have a new, modern setting when the law firm moves to its own domicile in the centre of Nordhavn in Copenhagen from 2026.

Overlooking Nordhavn’s canals, Lundgrens will have its own domicile in a few years in one of Copenhagen’s new and attractive areas.

“The new domicile in Nordhavn will provide the setting for Lundgrens’ future. We will not only get attractive and modern offices for our employees, but a domicile which will allow us to develop and grow in the future. We have created a physical setting which reflects Lundgrens, and we are looking forward to moving in in 2026”, says Tobias Vieth, chairman of the board and partner at Lundgrens.

The wish to reside centrally in modern surroundings which meet future demands for workspace for both clients and staff is the reason why Lundgrens is moving to Nordhavn.

The domicile designed by Henning Larsen Architects has 14,000 sqm with six floors and is centrally located at Orientkaj.

The project is a modern building of the highest quality. It will meet a number of environmental requirements and is expected to be certified with DGNB Platinum, the highest certification of the system.

Nordstern is the project developer of the new domicile, which is acquired by Industriens Pensions, and Lundgrens will own the domicile.
