New Lundgrens department for litigation & arbitration

Litigation and Arbitration has until now been a specialty across Lundgrens’ other departments, but now we gather our competencies in a dedicated department to unify efforts and enhance Lundgrens’ expertise in this practice area.

The department consists of 15 dedicated employees with Nicolai B. Sørensen as Head of the Department. Nicolai has many years of experience with litigation and is specialized in complex compensation cases, tax litigation, criminal tax law as well as corporate criminal law. The new department also includes Partner Dan Terkildsen, Partner Peter C. Christensen and Attorney Michael Amstrup as well as a number of skilled specialists in litigation.

The new department will strengthen and expand Lundgrens’ focus on being the preferred business partner regarding complex litigation and arbitration cases.

Head of department Nicolai B. Sørensen explains: “The consolidation will strengthen Lundgrens’ position in the market in which we have experienced a significant growth in the number of litigation and arbitration cases. We have a clear ambition to expand the department further and a strategi with an expectation of double-digit growth in the coming years. Among other things, this will be supported by the recruitment of more skilled specialists within the field.”
