Lundgrens advises all parties of the construction industry in all phases from project design and invitation for tenders to construction and handover.
Our council includes ongoing analysis and assessments of legal relations and risks among the parties, for example in form of handling and assessment of justification and statement of claims of extra work, time and defects, negotiations and drafting of allonges and settlement agreements.
Our attorneys have comprehensive experience with disputes in form of mediation, conciliation, expert appraisal, speedy resolution, litigation, arbitration, and we are conducting cases at the Appeals Board for Tenders, The Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and all instances of the ordinary Danish courts.
For that reason we have detailed knowledge of the procedural rules which regulates conduction of cases and several in our team are educated and acts as arbitrators.
