Labelling and regulatory requirements

Legal advise about labelling and regulatory requirements

There are now a relatively large number of regulatory requirements that must be met in connection with the production of sustainable products and their labelling. These include EU regulations, e.g., the percentage of organic ingredients in agricultural products before they can be labelled as organic, and labelling schemes, e.g., requirements for using the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

In addition to knowledge of the regulatory requirements for the manufacture and production of a company's products, we have extensive knowledge of the various labelling schemes.

In this connection, we also advise on how you, as a company, can oblige your business partners to meet the same goals by incorporating strong wording that ensures that both parties have implemented high standards in terms of production, purchasing and marketing when entering in contracts such as production, licensing, sponsorship agreements as well as other types of agreements.
