Professional profile

Peter Bruun Nikolajsen has more than 20 years of experience as a legal advisor within M&A and venture capital. Over the years, Peter has been advisor on a very large number of transactions for Danish and international companies, private equity funds, venture funds and owner-managers.

Peter also works as a permanent adviser for several companies in connection with strategic decisions and handling of matters in the day-to-day business.

Peter is furthermore one of the most experienced and active advisors in venture capital. Due to many years of experience in venture capital, Peter has gained an in-depth knowledge of and experience with technology companies.

Over the years, Peter has taught various courses regarding M&A, company law and shareholders' agreements. He has previously taught at the University of Copenhagen.

Peter is member of several associations, including Danish Business Angels (DanBan) and Active Owners (formerly DVCA), in which he is member of the Legal Committee.
