Birgitte Miller Brinck works in Lundgrens’ Trademark Prosecution team and assists with advising companies of all sizes on establishing and maintaining exclusive IP rights, including trademark and design rights as well as administration and monitoring of trademarks and domain names.

Further, Birgitte Miller Brinck assists in drafting Applications for Action in relation to border enforcement in Denmark and the EU.

Birgitte assists with strategic IP protection and handling of portfolios and has extensive experience in administrating registered rights, including monitoring of such, implementing cost-saving measures, and performing ongoing audits of existing rights.

Birgitte moreover assists with ongoing assessments of competitors' applications and assessment of possible administrative opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Danish Patent and Trademark Office as well as the EUIPO.

As European Trademark and Design Attorney, Birgitte represents our clients directly before the Danish Trademark and Patent Office and the EUIPO.
