Jonas Lykke Hartvig-Rovsing is an attorney in Lundgrens’ department of IP & Life Science. Jonas has more than 7 years of experience in the field of IP, IT, technology and marketing law.

Jonas advises and represents clients in connection with entering into agreements, court cases before the Danish courts as well as commercial matters. Jonas has also advised on a large number of transactions in which IP/IT and technology has been an essential aspect on both buy-side, sell-side and on the underwriter’s side.

Jonas regularly provides inter alia start-up/entrepreneur training, teaches at JUC, and gives other courses in his areas of specialization. For several years he has moreover contributed to inter alia Varemærkeloven with comments (Knud Wallberg og Mikael Ravn) (the Danish Trademark Act with comments by Knud Wallberg and Mikael Ravn) and INTA Annual Review of EU Trademark Law.

Jonas is inter alia on the board of Danish Anti-Counterfeiting Group (DACG) which is working to combat counterfeiting in Denmark and abroad.
