Lundgrens is proud to have assisted Artha Holding A/S in connection with the sale of property management company Futurum ApS to Nordhusene Holding ApS (Niam).
Futurum is a Danish specialty property management company established in 2009 with the goal of developing housing projects and facilitating real estate investments. Today the company has more than 25 employees and facilitates residential units across the country.
The Lundgrens team was led by Peter Mollerup, Rasmus Stub og Bahja Kulane.
