Kaj Larsen A/S is an installation company specialised within HVAC-technical systems, plumbing and electrical work. The company was founded by Kaj Larsen in 1966 and since 1999, it has been run by his son, Jan Larsen. The company also sells HVAC-articles and bathroom products through their store in Nykøbing Sjælland.
Besides Jan Larsen the sellers are Henrik Nymann Kirkegaard and Lasse Hagelund Larsen, who are both involved in the company’s daily operations, and Executive Capital III K/S led by Niels Düring Pedersen, John Thomas and Jens Vasehus.
With the sale to InstallatørGruppen Danmark ApS, Kaj Larsen A/S becomes a part of a larger association of installation companies, currently comprising 30 installation firms specialising in plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and ventilation.
