Lundgrens has acted on behalf of Virtus Health, Australia’s largest assisted reproductive services provider in connection with the acquisition of Aagaard Fertility Clinic based in Aarhus, Denmark.
Aagaard was established in 2004 and is the leading Danish fertility clinic outside Copenhagen. The clinic offers a full and comprehensive range of fertility treatments and advanced scientific technologies.
The acquisition adds to Virtus’ international growth strategy. With the acquisition, Virtus has entered into the Scandinavian reproductive services market.
The existing Aagaard management team will continue to oversee the business and will work together with the Virtus team to grow the business further.
