Lundgrens is pleased to have assisted Core Hospitality with the lease agreement to take over the operations of the existing hotel ‘A Place To’ in Esbjerg, Denmark, from the owner Heimstaden.
Following a soft renovation, the hotel will be rebranded to become Element by Westin Esbjerg, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of extraordinary hotel brands, at the beginning of 2025.
