Lundgrens has acted on behalf of the sellers of the Danish software administration engineer GolfBox A/S in connection with the sale of the company to MSL Solutions – an Australian technology company. The agreement will result in a stronger portfolio of complementary software products and services, as well as a strengthened global position.
GolfBox A/S is considered a global leader in software for running golf tournaments and the company has an impressive customer portfolio of more than 900 golf clubs and more than 15 golf unions.
