Lundgrens is pleased to have acted for the Danish development company Becker/Nielsen ApS in connection with the sale of 173 residential units in Ishøj to American Invesco Real Estate.
Invesco is buying the development project on behalf of a German investment mandate and the transaction itself has been completed in collaboration with Rubik Properties.
The residential buildings are part of a former industrial area that will now be transformed into a residential area.
The 173 residential units are located in Ishøj, Greater Copenhagen, and consist of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments with an average size of 80 sqm. They are spread over 6 buildings with 3 to 6 floors. In addition, there are 178 parking spaces.
