We are pleased to have assisted German investor Arbireo Capital into the Danish real estate market.
Arbireo Capital has acquired a large logistics property in a sale-and-lease-back transaction with DSV Group. The property is newly constructed, located in Business Park Ringsted and has been awarded a DGNB certificate in Gold.
