We have chosen to actively support Copenhagen Pride to focus on diversity and inclusion - we want all employees to experience equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, etc.
A diversity survey carried out in January 2022 shows that we are on our way - but we would like to do even more. In this connection, 70+ employees and partners in Pride Week in "Lundgren's run" have marked their support for Copenhagen Pride.
On Saturday, 25+ employees and partners participated in the official Copenhagen Pride Parade. It was a wonderful day where we had the opportunity to celebrate diversity together with thousands of happy people.
