Core Sports Capital and Vendsyssel FF will form a joint ownership going forward to further develop the club.
Vendsyssel FF is a second tier Danish football club.
Core Sports Capital is a Swiss based sports fund owning clubs in France, Austria and Denmark.
The transaction follows a consolidation trend in European football between clubs across national leagues at different levels, to allow better transfer of players and thereby providing more match time for talented players as well as pooling group functions and other synergies between the clubs.
