Lundgrens contributes to the eighth Annual Review of EU Trademark Law in The Trademark Reporter

In this latest and eighth editionof the Annual Review of EU Trademark Lawcomprising highlights of 2020 European trademark cases at both European Union and national levels, partner and attorney Nina Ringen and attorney Jonas Lykke Hartvig-Rovsing have contributed as experts commenting on significant Danish trademark cases, including the Danish Supreme Court’s judgment in the Ørsted trademark case and the Maritime and Commercial Court’s decision in the PanzerGlass trademark case.
