One of the essential branches of Lundgrens’s areas of expertise, the M&A field, is now strengthened with the recruitment of a new partner, Christian Scherfig, and assistant attorney Nick Skovsen.
Christian Scherfig is especially strong within the sectors of Food, Media and Health Care. Christian Scherfig was recruited from Bird & Bird where he was global partner and Head of Corporate/M&A. Christian Scherfig was formerly managing director in Dansk Design Center where he incorporated a radical change of strategy and a financial turn-around. Prior to Dansk Design Center Christian Scherfig worked within the financial sector. Christian has great experience with the corporate sector and framework conditions.
Nick Skovsen is a second year assistant attorney and is also recruited from Bird & Bird. Nick Skovsen will be a part of Lundgrens’s Corporate M&A team.
