Lundgrens has assisted the owners of Adactit with a sale of Adactit to TDC for an undisclosed amount. Adactit is based in Copenhagen and is specialized in Microsoft cloud products focusing on Office 365. Adactit has up till now helped more than 300 customers choose their ideal cloud solution and has won several IT industry prizes. Both management and the team from Adactit are moved to TDC Business, where they all will be integrated in the company.
